We do not guarantee approval of applications, tax refunds, or outcomes from statutory authorities.

All filings are made in good faith based on prevailing laws.

5. » Intellectual Property

Templates, formats, or tools developed during engagement remain the firm’s property unless otherwise agreed.

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific assignment and shall not extend to indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.
